Klarna UX Report
I created a UX report on the company Klarna. Klarna is an online shopping company that offers consumers direct payments, pay after delivery options, and installment plans.
The purpose of this report was to study Klarna’s website and conduct usability tests to better understand and improve the user experience. The usability tests included surveys, interviews, card sorting, a diary study, a heuristic evaluation, and a usability test, all of these are included in the report. The results of these tests helped create three user personas that represent the customers of Klarna.
The reason I chose Klarna was that its competitors were easy to locate, and I could compare them to find the best way to improve Klarna. Through this project, I learned that the entire process I went through should be completed before websites or services go live because these usability tests are vital to understanding whether users will enjoy their experience on the site.
