Deep Work Can Help UX Design

I spent a few weeks learning about what Deep Work is and how it is an effective way to complete work. Whether it’s homework or work from a job. The book Deep Work by Cal Newport discusses an equation of how to produce the best work. The equation is: High-Quality Work Produced = (Time Spent) x (Intensity of Focus).

After learning about Deep Work I decided to write a paper that discussed how deep work can be utilized in the user experience career field. At first glance, they might not seem like they fit together but deep work can be applied to every profession. I researched, wrote, created graphics, and more creating this paper. I learned that deep work can be applied to any aspect of life and all types of professions.
