Usability Testing

I was working on the Klarna website and to further my knowledge into how to improve the design I conducted a usability test. In order to successfully complete the usability test, I created five tasks for my subjects to complete. To really understand how the users would use the site and how they felt about it I created the tasks with various difficulty levels.  

The usability test was fun to conduct because I got to watch people go onto the site and struggle the way I did with the site. They gave me ideas and opinions that I didn’t expect or think of. I honed more of my interviewing skills, usability skills, writing skills, and more.
