Customer Journey Mapping

I created a customer journey map because it is important for companies to understand the process and journey their customers go on to get to their product or service. They help designers gain an understanding of the user’s perspective and what they want to achieve. I decided to execute this map in a visual way rather than a textual one. It includes both statistical and evidential data.

I created mine on getting a haircut, I was able to achieve this through research, creativity, Adobe Photoshop, and personal knowledge. To make it visually pleasing I added different colors, for the different stages of the map and the different emotions that the customer goes through in each of the stages.
